The comrades at Nazariya Magazine have shared with us a translation of an important article written by reporter Vishwa Vijay in the Hindi news publication Janchowk. The article describes the brutal torture of revolutionary community organizer and political prisoner Vijay Kumar Arya at the hands of the Hindutva Fascist Indian State, and includes a letter by Vijay Arya detailing his testimony.

The Partisan unites with the calls of Nazariya Magazine, and other popular and democratic Indian organizations like the Forum Against Corporatization and Militarization (FACAM), to condemn the brutal, inhumane, and bloody repression being inflicted on the Indian masses and their vanguard party, CPI (Maoist), by the Indian State.
